Weird Gadgetry and Bobbles

The good people at Funniest Gadgets have scoured the furthest regions of the Internet to find random junk that seems completely superfluous. Some of this stuff should be featured on the Home Shopping Network. Let’s take a look at a few of the gems they have uncovered.

Anti-Theft Stickers:

Purposely make your car look like crap, then no one else will want it!

CarCapsule:

This is the absolute opposite of the spectrum. It’s a bio-dome…for your car. If you love a car so much that you can’t stand its perfection tainted by rain, or even oxygen, then this gadget is for you.

Chewbacca Backpack:

The copy on this monstrosity actually reads -

Strap the Chewbacca Plush Backpack to your back and he’ll be carrying your books in style. His arms wrap around you to let you know he’s secure – even his legs will secure around your abdomen, for some extra cuddly fun. Who needs real friends when you have a Chewie on your back?

Even if you wanted real friends they’d be hard to attract. I don’t know if I could befriend a guy who likes being humped by a wookie all day.

Full-Body Sleeping Bag:

Concept’s not bad. I just like the picture.

Baguette Rest:

Why? Why would you want an arm rest shaped like a loaf of french bread? Sure, it looks delicious at first, but its only a matter of time before the office “Jim” decides to deposit the loaf into a faculty toilet bowl.

“Chocolate” Portable HDD:

This is a nifty design, but I really couldn’t call it functional. All of the little pieces are tiny flash drives, and the center is a touch screen which allows you to organize your files. Kind of cool as a way to transport flashdrives in an orderly fashion, but I could see myself losing chunks off the thing on its way to school.

Manual Tetris:

Whose idea was this? What soulless jerk decided it would be a good idea to take the fun out of Tetris and replace it with a Connect Four knock-off? Tetris is meant for Gameboy, and in some instances NES, but never, and I mean never, was it intended to be a table-top game. This is the opposite of progress. This is de-evolution.

The full-body sleeping bag picture is hilarious. Why would you use an action shot to sell a sleeping bag?

Why would you want Jorbacca trying to crush you all day long?
