The definitions are so spot on accurate. Had me cracking up at my desk. I’ve literally encountered every single one of these characters at several of my old jobs now. Thank god I moved into consulting. I’m a network engineer at a small consulting place, and the amount of case examples is much smaller (though I still encounter them) then working level 1 tech support. The worst is the hoverer, man, especially if its a higher up, and you hate having people stare at you while you’re doing your job. That’s just the worst.
