A few minutes ago, Xboxlive.com and Xbox Service became available again. I have yet to boot up the 360 console, however I can tell you that drastic changes have occurred at xboxlive.com.

Immediately after logging in, your account landing page has completely changed. Along with it, a quick display shows online friends with nice rollovers and quick messaging features. Also the friends list has completely changed.
